Our Process

As an experienced Loft Conversion company, we focus on simplicity from design to completion, ensuring you have your transformed living space with minimal disruption to your home and life. We understand a Loft Conversion is a big decision, that's why we offer a full service, offering our expertise at every stage.

Enquiry & Consultation

Following your initial enquiry a member of our team will meet with you to understand exactly what your plans are for your new loft space. We will then send you a detailed and itemised free quotation along with any relevant advice in regards to planning permission and building regulations.

Proposal

Our team will work closely with you to create the best possible design for your lifestyle and your property. You will receive a detailed 2D floor plan of your transformed space along with a full itemised quote.

Build

Once we have all the relevant permissions in place, our architect will visit you and prepare construction drawings from your approved proposal. You will then be assigned your very own project manager who will be on site every day until the project is 100% complete. Your project manager will complete daily risk assessments and keep you informed each day as to the progress of your loft conversion whilst making sure that the site is being kept safe and tidy.

Completion

At the end of the project, our Quality Control Manager will inspect your loft conversion to ensure it meets our high standards and will arrange for the scaffolding to be removed. This will mark the start of your 10 year guarantee.
